População e Sociedade

População e Sociedade (Population and Society) is a journal published by CEPESE – Population, Economy and Society Research Centre, since 1995. Initially published once a year, since 2015 it is published every six months and exclusively in digital format. All issues of the journal are replicated on RCAAP, the Portuguese Open Access Scientific Repository, thus ensuring a greater dissemination while safeguarding its contents. The journal is accessible for free to all readers and does not charge publication fees to the authors. Each issue comprises two sections, Thematic Dossier and Varia, the latter aimed at articles addressing topics not included in the issue's main theme.
